Location lighting

Today we went out and took pictures of people using the sun and reflectors to light subjects

He stood looking towards the light so you can he is squinting and you can see some harsh shadows on his face. So next time we'll face looking into the sun so the sun is behind him. The other thing we need to think more about next time is the background, its quite distracting and would be better with a plain background.
